When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Images- By sending Perfection Airbrushing images for custom work you consent that Perfection Airbrushing may use your images for advertising purposes.

SECTION 4 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

We do not store, share, or track any personal financial information. All transactions are via third party payment processors using the latest encryption and security technologies.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
SECTION 8 - Shipping Policy
All orders are typically shipped within 48- 72 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless otherwise specified.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
SECTION 9 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We reserve the right to except or deny any returns or exchanges. Do to the custom nature of this business we can NOT except any returns or exchanges for custom goods or services. If there is a mistake with the spelling or design I will gladly replace the item. Please double check your spelling as I will not be able to replace an item that has misspelling do to a mistake on your part. Predesigned items that already have wording and that did not get altored at your request, other than changing colors, can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days of receipt of item. These items must be returned in original condition or your return may not be excepted. In the event that a return gets denied you the buyer are responsible for return shipping.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
